EAP Documents

 

Information related to financial & physical status of Externally Aided Projects need to be compiled under two specific proforma:

 

 
EAP Proforma I in XLS Format   EAP Proforma II in XLS Format

 

After compiling the prescribed set of information in the two applicable proformas (available as two separate work-sheets within the Excel file), the document needs to be saved as per the following naming convention — <Code>-EAP-dd-mm-yyyy.xls — where department codes are as follows:

Example:

Excel File containing Proforma I & II compiled on 15th July, 2017 by Rural Works Dept. will be named as RWD-EAP-15-07-2017.xls.

It can now be be sent attached with an e-mail to the following address:

Use the subject line as EAP Report by <Name of the Dept.>

for <Name of Month, Year>

Example: EAP Report by Health Dept. for July, 2017.
